Fluffernutter Cupcake

So by special request of a loyal blog follower, I have found the perfect combination of Peanut Butter and Chocolate. With a little added surprise...

So I managed to find the perfect Peanut Butter Icing recipe, tastes almost exactly like Reese's PB Cup Filling (yummm) One little bump I had while making these was the icing was harder to pipe then I had anticipated so they didn't turn out perfectly pretty. BUT! Now I know!

These Fluffernutter Cupcakes made hubby's top 5 Cupcake List! Woo! His favorite chocolate bar is also Reese's Peanut Butter Cups so I was pretty sure they would. They are very rich, but like E said...that way you have to share!

    I am hoping to attempt to make something fluffernuttery this weekend (my stepson arrives for the summer from NL). I'll be sure to take some pictures and let you know how it goes!
